VIDEO | INCITE-funded Art Start Portrait Project featured on PBS Program

The Art Start Portrait Project, an INCITE-funded program, was recently featured on PBS Milwaukee’s “Black Nouveau” program. Art Start works with young men of color to create brilliant portraits that depict how they choose to be seen. In addition to providing funding for the project, INCITE also provided logistical and administrative support and conducted and archived oral histories with the young men who participated.
